How can I reunite with my brother?

Hello,

I am a citizen and I want to reunite with my brother so he can come and live in the US. I know that there is a big backlog but I want to get the ball rolling on the process at least. What form should I fill out? Any advice or tips that I need to know about?

All you need right now is form I-130 and supporting evidence to prove your citizenship and the sibling relationship. Read the I-130 instructions for more details.

11+ years from now when the case is about to become ripe for a consular interview you will have some additional paperwork, but don't worry about that now.
