How can I reach IO

Can anyone please tell me how can I reach IO ? Every time I call 800 number its automatic message. What are the options I need to used to get to representative and /or IO. I even press 0, it still does not go through. I want to know about my name check status

Talking to an IO is not a sure thing when you call the 1 800 number. You must first try to convince the customer service representative(CSR) that your case has been pending longer that the posted processing time and that your reference number does not appear online. Please don't abuse this if you're case has only been pending for a few months.
This being said, try options 1(english), then 2, then 6..that will get you to a customer service rep (CSR). Provide them your case reference number (or one that doesn't show up online) and tell them your case has been pending for longer that the posted processing time. If you're lucky, the CSR will transfer your call to an IO.
