My BF has a Temp. Working permision, it expires on DEC/2005 (more than a year from now)
According with the CN Imm. Law, his WIFE or COMMON LAW PARTNER is able to get the same status. but the big question is... How can probe that we are in a common law relationship.
The problem is that we dont wanna get marrie yet because we have everything set for next year and I dont wanna go home becuase my VISA expires on Nov'2004. What can we do???
