How can I know the status of EAD?

Hi ,
I have applied for the renual of EAD on Feb 25 th with $88.00 fee and INS received it on Mar 05( I had sent by certified mail)
Que: When can I expect receipt notice?OR how can I know the status of my case?

Greatly appreciate any responce.

I guess something happened to the receipt generating system during that period. I have also applied for EAD in Feb and till now I have not received my receipt yet. I have been trying to call them and that line is always busy. What I came to know is same thing happened to other people. So I am waiting for approval in 90 days. Try to call them and see what happens.
 
Same problem!...I have applied my EAD renewal on Feb 14th, I haven't received the Rceipt Notice yet.
 
Here is how to track receiptless EADs

My renewal EAD RD is 2/27/03 and ND is 3/4/03 at NSC
Contact your bank for copy of the check. Behind the check , you can find the receipt number.
That is how Iam tracking..

Anotherway is to contact the IIOs... which requires lot of patience..
 
Hopefully u have mailed in an express mail or fed-ex. If so, hang on to the receipt too. As that might be helpful to trace the package.

If you have paid fees with the Mony order.... Check with concerned institution for a stamp if possible/ INS receipt number as in the case of check.

It sucks.
 
I have sent a money order and I checked with the USPS people. They told me that there is no way to tell whether that money order is encashed or not
