How can I get H1B Visa ?

Hi all,

Are there any USA companies/firms who charge against granting H1B visa to employers outside the USA?

US employer or company don’t grant H1 visa. US employer can file H1 petition for you with USCIS and USCIS approve the petition if you are eligible for H1.once USCIS approve the H1 petition then US employer send you the approval notice and you go to US consulate for visa stamping. Many get H1 but at this time most of H1 filed by consulting companies are being rejected by USCIS. Don’t pay to any company who ask money .Employer is supposed to pay all the fees for H1 petition and lawyer fees.
