How can I file EAD by myself after I-485 filed?

Hi all,
I filed i-485 on Feb. 2002 by a lawyer without filing EAD.
Now I want to apply EAD, can I file it by myself?
What docs do I need?

2 photos, check for fee amount and signature card (optional), I485 receipt copy. Don\'t forget to note the A# in the EAD app. You can get the signature card at the local INS or by mail.
