How can I contact IIO?

I have been trying to contact IIO, but unsuccessful.
What is the secret. I see alot of people on this board
That did talk to IIO. Please let me know how I can
beat that jammed ins phone. Thanks

My experience is the time to get an IIO varies.
Sometimes it took me 40 mins, at times 30 mins while recently I was lucky and got it by around 6 mins.
Rule of the game just keep trying and u will get it.

Trying to reach IIO desperately for the past 2 weeks.sometimes i\'m getting a busy signal and sometimes i don\'t get any signal at all.Am i getting connected or it is just busy signal.Even i waited for 2 minutes when there was no signal but still i couldn\'t get any response.

I would appreciate if you can tell me whether i need to wait for a longer time when there is no signal or it\'s just a busy signal.

Couple of times i have tried more than 1 hour.still I couldn\'t get through may be because of my luck.

I am always getting engaged tone within seconds. It is hard to get, we need patience.
