you're right that less than 2 years of age no big deal. you would simply bring the kid along and just show the birth certificate and passport to the officials upon arrival.

But since the child will be over 2 years you may have to file another petition for the child. I think what you do is call up INS and ask to resubmit the original i-130 for your wife because you want to include your child who was born after you filed your original.

I am really not sure about the specifics of exactly how you do this so I would suggest calling INS to get more info

Thanks BB, help for this suggestion

i got advise from indian travel agent who is experienced for all this thing, he told me that i write a letter to ins regarding my situation and include my wife's file application number and inform them that my kid will accompny with my wife when she go for an interview and they charge there fees at the same time for my kids also i include copy of passport and birth certificate with letter to ins as your suggestion.

my question is if i follow this procedure how can i sure that ins accept my letter and they make necessary change.

re-submitting I-130 gives threat that if they start over again with new date.
yes i will make call as soon as possible.

if anybody in same situation and if they brings their kids over here please give answer. your answer helps to others.
