We filed for 485 with TSC on 23rd April 2002.
1st FP on 21st APril 2003
2nd FP on 8th August 2004
When we contacted the congressmen 2 months back about our case we were told that our name check is still pending at the FBI. Everything else is good to go. We got call from their office 2 weeks back that they got info from the immigration office that our name check has been cleared and our case has gone to the next step. We got a call this week again from the congressmen's office that they received info from immigration that our name check is still pending and that they made a mistake in finding info about our case..
Not sure what is true and what is not.. And not sure if our name check will ever be cleared and Not sure if we will ever get this GC approved.
