How and when to update address with NVC

Hi,

My I-140 just got approved today. As, I have selected CP, my case will now be forwarded to NVC for CP. But since applying for 140, my address has changed. When and how should I go about updating thgis address with NVC so that they send the DS - 3032 to the correct address ?

NVC will send you the DS 3032 only if at I-140 stage, your attorney did not inform them that they were your legal representative. If your attorneyt did, then you will not receive the Ds 3032 andf your attorney will receive the fee bill with your case number documents.

The first opportunity you will get to communicate your address to NVC will be when your send P3 ie form DS 230.

I would recommend you call NVC after they create a case for you at 603-334-0700
