Household size on i864 Affidavit of support

Please help this is a bit confusing

our Household size is 6
my husband and I =2
our children =4

Question 21
says
Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit
a. enter person from line 10 = 1 (me)

Persons not sponsored in this affidavit
b. Yourself = 01 (my husband-the petitioner)

c. if you are currently married enter 1 for your spouse

This is what stumps me because he would be counting me again if I entered
a number 1 there

instructions said do not count anyone twice ...

Form I-864 part 5 Q.21a would be 01;. Q.21d would be 4;Q.21h would be 06. Remember you cannot duplicate any of dependents or yourself or spouse.

21. A my wife line 10------- 1
21. B MY self --------------- 1
21 D My son --------------- 1
Total is = 3

I help my mom I-864 A summiting my income to support my brother last month. But his visa is under processing. Do I have to add my brother and mom on house hold size? Or I can skip it?
Please advice me. thanks
 
You have to add your brother, because you filed an I-864A in support of him.

Your mother -- maybe, maybe not. Do you include her as a dependent on your tax return? Did you sponsor or co-sponsor her for a GC?
 
No Didnot include her as a dependent on my tax return. My mom is US citizen I came USA through her petiton. She is the petioner and sponser of my brther. I only did I-864A to meet income.
Also let you know. I am the petitioner and sponser of my wife and son petition. I do have enough income to meet the requerments of 4 household members.
so if you guys could advice. please............... thanks for your time.

I have same situation. I'm sponsering my wife. So, to complete the part 5, Questions 21a through 21h,

on 21a total number entered at line10, ...... 01,
on 21b yourself..... 01

on 21c what should I put, if I put 01 again, because I married, my wife will be count again because she is counted on 21a, if not then I am married, it says "if you are currently married enter 1"
by the way I filed my recent IRS tax as an "Single" because my wife is still in Abroad. so, would simplely enter "0" here?

For one spouse sponsoring another, the household size is always at least 2. 1 for yourself, and 1 for 21(a). Zero for everything else, unless there are other people being counted because they're dependents or you filed I-864/I-864A them in the past, etc.
