Hot to call for status of I-485 ?

Hi,
 I\'m new and want to know How to get status for I-485 case?

   I send I-485 application (eb2/AOS) to CSC INS in the mid of Oct. And wondering how to
get the status of my case?

 [1] which phone# I maight call?
 [2] what WAC # will be used in that calling?
 [3] what the processing time for FP, AP, EAD
 [4] Any useful info really appreciate.

Call the CSC AVM at 949 831 8427,
give the WAC # on your receipts to enquire about your case

Processing Times

From What I have seen, AP in about 3-4 months from RD, EAD is taking longer about 4-5 months on I-485 I think it is anybodies guess, If you call AVM they will say it is taking 900 days to process it, but that does not hold

Any progress on RFE cases? Any one in the same boat?

I sent FRE for last 4 pay stub and 3 W-2 forms in late May,
AVM updated on August 10.

Still waiting.

Do you think call INS would help?
