Guys,

If Medical is valid for only 365 days, then I believe all October, November, December 2001 (485) Filers will be getting RFE (85% sure for Medical Redo).

Another 400 bucks to put it in the Well.

I think Medical is valid for more than 365 days...

I did my medicals in September 2001...its already 15 months now.

Medical Redo

I dont think we should do medical examination again. The rule is that the Medical report should be within 1 year when we file I-485. I think Medical is Valid but FP will become invalid after 15 months (I guess).
