I got 2 RFEs, 2 FPs, 25+ months pending, No approval yet.

1st I-140 AD : 12/15/99(I-140 with Old company name)
I-485 RD : 02/15/00(I-485 with new company name)
ND : 04/15/00 (EAC-00-104-xxxxx) --> converted into WAC-01-136-5xxxx
FP : 10/27/00
RFE : 3/23/01
RFE replied : 04/10/01 (Amendment I-140)
RD : 05/15/01 (another WAC number for Amendment I-140)
2nd RFE : 11/08/01(additional ETA750A/B sign-up)
2nd RFE replied : 12/21/01
AVM updated for 2nd RFE : 1/3/02
AD for Amendment I-140 : 1/9/02
FP is expired on 1/27/02(15 months)
2nd FP done: 02/15/02
AD : never ending story
 
your case is very old

maybe it is coz you did I140 twice. my case is very old too. RD Mar. 01, I just got approved, but my husband who filed together with me has not got anythign yet.

Is your AVM updated for your new finger print ?
As you know, lots of people is getting their AVM updated(Fp is
collected or Resumed pending review....etc) after they finished their fingerprint.
For me, my AVM is never updated since May, 2001
How about you ?

My case is pretty much the same as yours. My I-140 amendment approved on Feb 6 but no news so far. My FP was done Feb 01. Did you guys receive 2nd FP notice from INS?
 
For the 2nd FP

I sent 2 fax, 2 letters and my attorney sent 2 fax inquiries too,
and then it finally came to my mail box. But the address and name
shown in envelope was hand-written by officer.
That was not Fun !!

jkwon, how long did it take between your 1st inquriy and the 2nd FP notice. I also sent 2 faxes and a letter to INS. It has been more than a month now. I am thinking to get a congressman involve.
