can u please post your Dates and RFE details ? Which may help some of the members.
 
RFE

EB2, RIR,
WAC-01-162-XXXXX,
RD:04/02, ND:04/19.
AP and EAD received in July.
FP Done 08/15 before Scheduled 08/31.
RFE received on 10/28,
for Copies of W2s of Last 3 Years and 4 Most recent Paystub
And Employment verification letter from the Employer.
RFR response sent on 11/02.
AVM got updated on 12/07 about INS acknowledging my RFE documents.
12/12 AVM said that my 485 case was approved.
12/14 Got the Courtsey notices in Mail....

Question about RFE to bharath_vasi

As per your posting, you have completed your FP on 08/15 and you got your RFE on 10/28.
In your case, in the mean time did AVM get changed to " FP received and under review" from "485 received and xxx days for processing" ?

Is there any different message for RFE in AVM ?

AVM Update

The AVM after my FP never changed till 10/26 when it said that they have sent a notice Requesting Further Evidence.....
I believe the AVM system was changed later.

Called up IIO on Monday 12/17 and been told the application was approved that very day but a supervisor had to revise it. Today (Tuesday 12/18) AVM was changed to "application approved and mailed" (not exact reproduction of the message). Location is San Jose.

Could you please also post your country of origin.
My RD is 04/18 and I am still waiting (I am from India).
Was trying to figure out if country of origin has
anything to do with getting approvals faster.
GC experts like Bongo, Jonny Lever, etc any opinion on this

Here, I tried to update mightycount list with the latest approval. am sorry if i miss someone. I have not added new entries to this list nor updated other info aprt from I485 approval. Please bare with me if I did something wrong
