Just Talked To IIO

It seems IIO at CSC give diferent info at diff time. I did my FP on 10/20 at SJC & checked with IIO on 10/24 & IIO told me that they have received my FP & quality is good. Today I called IIO again to check the status & IIO told me that they haven\'t received FP yet. I am confused? not sure which info I should believe?
 
How do you manage to get through to the IIO ?

I always get a busy tone when I call INS during office hours. What is the secret ?
 
Seems that the approval ratio is a bit higher on Ciba\'s list.

I just counted the approval ratio on Ciba\'s list for April: it is about 25%+.

On Mighty\'s list it is about 15%.

I called IIO yesterday to check if my case is assigned, I came to know that my EAD was approved yesterday and my case is not assigned and not in that place.

Meanwhile I got call from attorney that i have received another FP notice it doesn\'t say redo so I will ignore this.
 
Ahoy Yu - Ciba\'s list doesn\'t have RD - so what did you count 25% of ....

if you were looking at 25% of ND 4/01, then you are including lot of March filers whose ND fell in 4/01 whereas Mighty\'s list has very few of them.
 
mighty count, FP done...

FP was scheduled for 23 November , did it on Diwali day : Nov 14th.
(wanted to go even earlier, but kept cutting my fingertips, sometimes with knife and at
times with paper)..
finally done..

now waiting for the magic words....:)

Does any body file on Apr. has not received FP notice??

Hi There,

Does anybody filed I-485 on Apr. 9 and before has not received FP notice yet? My ND is Apr.9 2001. I got EAD, AP but no FP. I really get nervious for the FP notice. It has been too long.

I saw people talking about the tracking list all the time. Where are those list maintained? Could you please post the information here?

Our WAC numbers differ by exactly one day.

Yet I got my EAD approval on 09/26/01
You got your EAD approval only this week,
over 1.5 months after mine. How can this be
if the INS is processing cases in receipt order!!!

Quite frankly, I don\'t care about the EAD card,
I want the real card.

It\'s all a lottery.
 
FP done in advance!

Hi Guys

I just came back from the INS (San Jose, on Story Rd.) and I had
my finger print done in advance. I showed up there at about 2h15
and there were only 2 persons filling the paperwork. The security
guard was very nice, did not say a word about me showing up 3 weeks
in advance. So I fill up the paper work, and had the finger print
taken with a cool high tech machine (no ink).

The proces took less than 10 minutes. They even make me fill a custommer satisfaction survey! I have to say that I was really
impress (my expectation was very low) The people there were nice,
polite and helpfull!

So I hope that Santa Claus will have my I-485 approuved for Xmas ;-)

So to make the story short:
FP done in San Jose on 11/15/01 (originally scheduled for 12/07/01)

Thanks for maintaining this list.

Looks like a lot of people have gotten finger printed or are going to pretty soon.
I guess we are coming close to finally putting an end to this thread(s) :)

Hi Roger, my receipt date is same as yours.. and ..

my FP Schedule date is also the same(12/07) but I did it early. I think we should keep in touch.
