Hi,
I just checked the status of my I-485 online, and is says "On February 22, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register".

Does this actually mean approval? Why don't they say that it was approved?

Would you be so kind to share some details of your case (see my signature for example). It would also be cool if you post it on the Nebrasca I-485 tracker thread. It is very useful for us still in the queueu to be able to estima te the trends and develoment at NSC

Since most of this abbreviations don't make any sense to me:) , let me just put this in plain words.
We filed my I-485 in November 10, 2004. In July of 2006, we received request for evidence, which was submitted on August 30, 2006. Then the apporval was on Feb. 22, 2007.

Congrats .....

If you can be kind to add some more details to your case - especially the following:

What category was yours ? EB1, EB2, EB3 ?
When did you apply for your labor (or 140 if no labor) - this also called your priority date ?
Finally are you from a retrogressed country ? (typically China,India,Mexico and Phillip)
