home address change on H1B

Guys,

I am on H1B visa. Can I change my home address to a different county (same state) while keeping my work address the same. Would this home address change cause issues with the future H1 B extensions or I-140 / I-485 applications? The reason why I am concerned is that the new home location will be a bit more than a reasonable commute distance to work...
