Just checked my e-mail. Received four e-mails 2 for me and 2 for my wife(???? - I guess they want to ensure that I get the message)
"This case has been approved. On July 1, 2004, an approval notice was mailed...........".
This has been a long trip for me.

Labour filed April 1998 - My lawyer screwed up and it finally got approved in 2002 - after I changed lawyers.

Hmm looks like they are approving some cases where the FP is about to expire (to avoid the 2nd FP...).
Hye GC_FEDUP can u post your LUD changes ... was ur case touched recently...

Sent fax through attorney i April 2004 (no reply) and an enquiry through diane Feinstein. Received reply from Diane's office dated June 30th saying that BCIS has replied that my case is not past the current processing time and that I will be notified of any changes when the time comes.

And then I get this approval saying case was approved on July 1st. No RFE's

e-mail sent on July 3rd.

It is difficult to believe what they say and what they do.
