Holding multiple H1B for 2 companies!!!

For a person who is on H1b in order to work for a 2nd company on H1B does a fresh H1 have to be sponsored through the 2nd company and will it be counted against the cap?. Pls respond

Concurrent H1B does not come under cap. But you must work 40 Hours per week for your first H1 sponser.
