Holding L1 and applied for Fresh H1B

Holding L1 with Emloyer A and applied for Fresh H1B(no COS) from Employer B

I am currently in L1 with Employer A in US.Employer B in US has filed Fresh H1B and which is valid from Dec 2005 .
My Questions are :-
1. Can I continue to work with Employer A on L1 until I go India and Comeback with Employer B H1 Stamped?
2.My L1 and I94 is getting expired in Feb 2006 . Can I ask my Employer A for L1 and I94 Extension ?
3.Whether extension of L1 will be any affect on Fresh H1 Petition by Employer B?
4.Want to go back to India and get H1B Stamp for Employer B .Taking a Web Appointment for H1B for Employer B through VFS . In DS156 form it's asking to enter Current Employer details . Please let me know Whethet I need to enter Employer A details or Employer B details ?
5.In Form DS156 Whether I need to enter the current address of US or India Local address ?

Did you get new I94 attached to your H1B approval notice ? if so, your COS was approved and your status will change to H1B automatically on H1B start date. This means you are not L1 anymore after H1B start date and you can not keep working for A and you are required to work for B unless A files another COS from H1B to L1B. If this is the case, A can not ask L1 extension, but they need to file COS to bring you back to L1B.
If you did not get new I94 with H1 approval, you MUST keep working for A until you get H1 stamp and reenter the US with H1B.

I am holding L1 and I94 and my Current Employer A is filing for extension of L1 and I94 .

I have got Fresh H1 approval which I want to use it once I go back to India and reenter US .

Question :-

2. I think it's local address in case they need to contact you during your stay.That's what i did for my H1 extension and had no issue.
