Hoho, cases approved!

This morning the magic emails came: both my wife and my cases were approved on 11/10. I just cannot believe it because we are still waiting for my wife's RFE. (Yesterday's online status showed they issues an RFE on my wife's case, but we have never received it). Now the online messages show "an approval notice was mailed ...".

Wait for the hardcopy in the mail.

Congrats! Apparently he decided that you getting Green card and pilot project success is more important than anything else.

Can you share the contents of RFE with us ?
 
Sure. they asked for copies of my I-20, passport, and I-94. In fact, I am pretty sure all those stuff were already submitted in the original 485 application. Anyway, I just re-submitted those copies, and then approved.

Could you please tell us (1)the officer number?(2)how many days to process after your REF reply?(3) LUD did change before approval.
I got REF too on Oct and reply Nov. No news.
