HIP HIP HURRAY !!! 140 & 485 Cleared !!!

My 140 and my 485 along with my wife's were cleared on September 29th, 2004. My case is filed as EB2 RIR under Concurrent processing.

Here are my details:

Labor: September 4th, 2001 Tennesse (State), Atlanta (Federal)
140 PD: September 10th, 2003
140 RD: September 21st, 2003
485 RD: September 21st, 2003
140 and 485 approval Date: September 29th, 2004
2nd EAD and 2nd AP: July, 2004

September 29th happens to be my son's birthday (2nd b'day this year) and he had bought lot of joy into our lives.

All folks who filed their 140s and 485s in 2003 should hear back something pretty soon. Thanks for all those who actively participated in sharing their experiences and encouraged all others. I did nothing to expedite my petitions.

Just curious, when did you get your 2nd EAD applied/approved?

I also applied from Tennessee -- Concurrent Filing
My i140 is 10/23/03(ND) RD -- 10/21/2003(RD)
SAme 485 10/23/2003 -- Finsihed my finger printing last dec 2003 ..

Still waiting...Can you tell me did u contact TSC or something...

Finger Pring delay

I filed I -140 and I -485 in the month of Dec 20 th 2003. Did not get FP notice so far. Is any one in the same status ?
 
Did not contact any senators !

I guess TSC is now processing applications around the dates of September, 2003. I got my finger printing done in December, 2003. (1st week)

For all those whose finger printing is done, your approval is just around the corner. I guess those days of long waiting are gone. (atleast for time being).

I applied my green card from Tennessee under EB2-RIR.

Congrats!!!!

My ND is 9 days before yours sept 12. I guess rest of the inf except 140 and 485 approval are almost the same, still waiting .....................

There are many Sep 03 approvals !!! Congratulations to all.

Mine is also Sep 03. I140/I485 ND: 9/15/03 and FP RD : 2/06/04...but still waiting.
( Our Marriage anniversary is also 9/15..and that is the :rolleyes: )
For me USCIS's top most authority is Krishana :)
