see I am telling predictions and maybe its wrong but I have strong faith on it and my hope now is a lot bigger with Africa high case number lets hope the best and be prepared for our interview date :) I think its coming soon
 
hey guys any news about KCC or Visa bullitin, I am really worried, just want this thing to end in the positive node. I pray to god for all case number to be current in ASIA
 
well the latest new nothing yet, and I am like you getting tired of waiting may god be with us, any way few days to go and hope we exchange the good news, and if any one have news about VB please post it here

Hey guys, I am really worried , I have emailed KCC several times but I have not recived till now the reply,I called them and they told me my interview date . Can I go to interview without the 2nd letter or any sort of document from KCC regarding the 2nd letter??
 
Hello Namitrathapa, I read in one form that there was one guy he didn't receive the 2nd NL and he contact kcc and explained that he didn't receive the 2nd NL and informed them that is it possible to send the 2nd NL as pdf attach by email, and they approve to send it by email, so don't be worry just email them again so you can track your NL my friend, but also you can use the letter in the 1st Nl to do the interview, because also some guys I read in Arabic forum that they did it like this, but for you its more safe to explain it to KCC by phone or by email and they will respond in the end, no need to be worry relax my friend you will make it :)
 
If you are a DV lottery winner and your case number becomes current in these months, then you can expect the second letter (visa interview letter) to come with the time and the date of the interview date to your given address by normal post. The second letter used to come 4 - 6 weeks before the interview date. In the bulletin you can find all the six regions and case numbers along with the case numbers which are going to be current. In the Africa region some countries may listed separately with the case numbers which are going to be current. Normally Egypt, Ethiopia and Nigeria are listed separately with their own case numbers. Some time in the Asia region case numbers, Bangladesh is listed separately.

I read your posting in Asia bulletin.
Are you taking you interview in Tokyo? You and I for sure will be current in September and if you taking you interview in Tokyo then we will do it the same day. Let's pray and hope for the best.

DV visa has been increased

New Consular Fees in Effect on July 13, 2010

July 12, 2010

New fees for Immigrant Visas will go into effect on July 13, 2010. Fees for Non-Immigrant Visas were increased on June 4, 2010. The revised fees are the same worldwide and cover actual operating expenses for the 301 overseas consular posts, 23 domestic passport agencies and other centers that provide these consular services. The new Immigrant Visa fees are listed below:

Hi namithrathapa,

You need not to worry, just contact KCC (kccdv@state.gov) on phone or via email and they will send your second letter via email for you to attach.
I will suggest you contact them asap.

Yes KCC send pdf attach if you lost your mail. actually I read here in this forum, there was a guy he didn't receive the 2nd NL and before one week of his interview date he contact kcc and explain that by the email, and they send him the attach fine as pdf and he print it and make the interview
 
I have decided to wait few more day as it took nearly 5 weeks for the NL 1 to reach Nepal so I am guessing it will take the same time for the 2nd letter.

I have prepared all the doc but I am a bit confused will the US embassy take original document of police certificate ,birth certificate
Do i need to notorize the photocopy of the translation of the birth certificate??
