Out of 349 registered on rupnet 230 are approved. thats approx 66%, if you look at previous months the approval rate is 88% tops, 12% people I assume are one's who's AOS was denied/delayed and people who forget to update the site.

So I think there are 22% or 77 cases not approved with Sept 2001 RD (on rupnet ofcourse)
