Did you guys see this? It's posted on this website (Rajiv's).

Take a look at page 2 line 15 and post what do you think about this, or what your lawyers are saying about this.

I e-mailed my lawyer and wait for his response, as I have been working for almost three years as an engineer already and have my I-485 pending, so I am not sure if this would help me or not.

I have read this document few times to digest the facts written in it. I have sent this document with the URL to my Law Firm requesting any anticipated changes to the categories with regards to the Exemption from Numerical Limits. I will post when I hear back.
