High salary in new LCA.

I was getting a salary above the salary mentioned in LCA for last 3 years.
But in the new LCA for the H1B extension , the salary mentioned is more than the salary I am getting ..(getting 71K and 96K in LCA). Will this cause any issues when going for H1B revalidation/green card.

pls respond...
 
If you are working for a salary which is less than minimum prevailing wage, you will be in trouble.

your salary need to be at least 90-95% or more than that listed on the LCA. anything less could be trouble.

contact your lawyer asap.

90-95% all gone. Now it must be 100% or more.

Gurus of salary please help .
I recieved an RFE on my 485 asking for Experience letter frommy company ...
Now I work for a Company A since 7 years , another company B is sponsoring my GC .... the salary on that for labor was stated as $50 K ...it was subs labour i used that .I make $74 k presently ..
Now for the RFE i am going to send them my company A's expereince letter & company B future Job offer letter.
with company A the salary will be stated correctly as $75000( since that shows on my w-2)...

Now what should my company B (GC Sponsor Future) state the salary as :

1) should the offer letter salary match to the one they applied (PD is Aug 2000)
2) Should I get an offer letter stating greater than equal to the current one .
3) when we get an RFE usually can the salary be greater than that mentioned in the labor.

very very confused ... I will be glad if some gurus can help ......
