High Lighted DS230 yes or no

Dear amigos

good day

I got ds230 forma from the official site which is http://www.state.gov/m/a/dir/forms/ ,

some blocks like no. 1 you cant delete the yellow high light because its secured,when you finalize filling and like to print so that you can sign the applicant block , no way to modfiy is that acceptable by kcc to have such yellow high lighted document ?

appreciate my forum Friends advise?

You dont need to delete anything highlighted, its not visible in the printout.

this means that i should print with normal printer not colored ?

another quastion should i print with two sides the forms or what?

Print it b/w and only on one side.

Q which Acrobat Reader version do you have? use version 8.0 or higher! then very thing is ok

I noticed that too when I printed out the form. It's all cool though, don't worry man!

I submitted mine that way.
