hey guys, i am a newbie here, and im asking how do i apply for a student visa here? even though ive been in USA for 4 years and have my asylum application denied.. ( because someone messed up our affidavit ) and me and my family status is currently unknown i guess.., i have a SS card, working permit ( expired), so how do i change my visa status?

PS: I believe my education can change these outcomes.
 
if you are already in US you can get admisiion to any accredited school and get I 20. Upon I 20 you can change your status to F1. For that you must have a valid status either B/F/H status, if you do not have any status you can not get your student visa with in US.
