Probably the best advice anybody can give you is for you to hire an attorney. Thats your best bet.

we dont know if your wife is US CITIZEN and you married US citizen. or it is employement based case
Or
if it is employement based case is your wife primary I-485 holder or YOU? and you are on H4 or H1B. provide more info
