Ginnu,

The biometeric appt says you have to bring your card and all supporting documentation with you to the appt. but since I am filing the I90 based on the fact that I lost my card in the mail, it means I don't have to bring the card with me, just a police report of some sort. In my case, I contacted the United States Postal Inspection Service and I notified them of someone stealing my mail..does that sound good to you? I told them I never recieved my mail and that there is a possibility of mail theft. So I have a report of that. So when I efiled the application I did not have the card on me (because it was lost in the mail) and I did not send any supporting documentation.

The biometeric letter says to bring
1. Photo Identification Applicants must bring their permanent resident card/resident alien card or a passport, Driver's license, national ID, military ID, or state issued photo ID. if you appear wihtout proper identification, your biometerics may not be taken.
2. Disposition of Arrest Applicants must bring certified or original evidence of disposition of any arrest/charge in or outside the U.S. unless it is alcohol or drug related, you do not need to submit documentation for traffic incidents that do not involve an arrest if the only penalty was fine of less than 500 USD an or points on your driver's license. Failure to provide this information may result in your application bieng delayed or denied.
3. The appointment notice
4. Change of information: To change ifnroamtion on your submitted I90 application or permanent resident card, please bring evidence to support the change (e.g. Birth certificate, marriage certificate etc..) at the time of your biometeric appointment
