H1-B Visa Stamping in Chennai after I-140 Filed

Hi Guys,

:confused: What are the issues while I go for Visa stamping in Chennai after my I-140 is filed? Since they would consider my case as intented immigrant.

I cannot file my I-485 due to Visa retro. So no way to get Advance parole ( travel document).

If any has come accross this situation, please post your experience.

----------- I-140 filing will not create problems H1 visa has dual intent
