It seems that others have been getting very similiar letters but maybe this one is little different, my first RFE.
Page 1 of the letter seems to be like others has bar code and REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE
The Documentation submitted is not sufficient to warrant favorable consideration of your petition/application.
then it says to see attachment on second page and it read as follows:
Submit documentary evidence of all nonimmigrant status granted to you since your last lawful admission to the U.S. on April 1, 1999. Please also submit evidence that any and all employment since your last admission has been authorized by this Service. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to:
Copies of both sides of your Form 1-94 Arrival/Entry Document;
Copies of both sides of your Form I-20A-B/I-D (F-l students and dependants);
Copies of both sides of your Form IAP-667DS-2019 (J-l exchange visitors and dependants);
Copies of any Form 1-797 approval notice/notice of action;
Copies of the pages in your passport which show U.S. visas, Service admission stamps or other
endorsements, to include the passport identity pages;
Copies of any and all Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) issued to you by this Service.
Most is easy I think (I hope!) but what is the "submit evidence any and all employment is authorized by this service. Do I have my employer write a letter that says I am working and must it include a detailed job description? Do they need W2's or something.
I am little worried like many here I submit I485 during July 2007 and my I-140 is approved Dec 2006. My EAD is fine and just received my second EAD card 3 weeks ago. I have changed jobs twice since my first EAD was approved 180 days after I485 submission and am working very small company (4 peoples total). All my documentation is self filing from beginning I never used lawyer (no money for that)
Sorry for long post maybe I will do another infopass and get more details.
One last question if I have 3 W2s for 2008 (changed jobs once and work part time job) I never told INS is that ok?
Thank you
