Seems your EB1A 140 is approved. If it is true, congratulations!!!
Since you have experienced lots of struggling with this EB1A case, there must be some story behind the approval, mind sharing with us who are still on the boat?

Thanks .. I didn't create an extra thread as I had a NIW approval one .. I am totally bogged up with my new job and and my life .. I send you a pm .. please read and you will get it .. anyway congratulation to you too for NIW ..
Anyway we did not do anything ... and I started using EAD before my EB1a approval .. so i was happy

btw once this thread is created I have couple of questions to forum members: any comments are appreciated.
1. How do I know which I-140 is attached to my I-485? both I-140 approval PDs are same.
2. I start using EAD before approval of EB1a. I had NIW approval before. Am I done anything wrong?
3. How is the procedure to withdraw any approved I-140? I think I might need to withdraw the one which is current because of my personal problem. As I am worried after seen recent I-485 approval trends. Sounds weired isn't it? my bad !
4. If I withdraw any approved I-140 and reapply for the same category later is there will be any problem?
5. Do you think any of these events might make my I-485 approval procedure complicated?

1. How do I know which I-140 is attached to my I-485? both I-140 approval PDs are same.
It is difficult to say, generally if you have a concurrent filing they attach to the 140 of that one. If you want to relink the Ea to 485, it may work, you have to write to the TSC.

Cannot understand it, there is no need to withdraw your 140. I never did so, so also many of us.

You can do, and is not going to affect any. They treat it as a new application no plus no minus value.
