Hi Nick,
   You mentioned I can go late to INS office in Baltimore. Could you please tell me how late you were able to get in touch with INS? Just to get an idea since I am extremely swamped here at work and it is difficult to take time off. I appreciate your Input.

Office Timing:
--------------
From Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 3:00 or 4:00 pm
     Friday - 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

You should be there before between 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm . I went there around 2:40 pm - wednesday and there was no rush at all .
