Here is my case information:

country: china
EB1 (L1A)
PD Aug, 17, 2000 (I-140 approved date)
RD Dec 01, 2000
ND Dec 20, 2000
FP Mar 13, 2001 (Myself)
FP Mar 30, 2001 (wife)

when do you think my case EB1 will be approved?
Does EB1 is slower than EB2? any idea about that?

hi, come on, i guess it should be these days. your case dates are close to mine. FP is a little later. you can try your luck with IIO. i was told different stories but 2 of them told me my case was assigned on 3/30. once u comfirm that your case is assigned,should be able to get it in 2 weeks. sorry man i can help much. u know i was worried about mine too before yesterday. i agree with Ciba, i don\'t think they distinguish EB1/EB2 once ur priority dat is current and FBI report is ready.

i called them many times and i was afraid of it too. it turned out fine. if you have not called before, i believe there is no harm to try your luck. it is very hard to get through. if you can set ur computer to dial every 10 seconds, you should be able to get through in 30 minutes or less for sure, which was what u did when i called them. u know, just be polite and u should be fine. they open at 9:00. u can also try to get through before they open then wait.

I am EB1 (india , ND Nov 00, FP mid Feb 01)....still awaiting approval. dont mean to discourage you but it seems it may take much longer than i had anticipated.

do you think the INS of CSC will do EB1 after they clear up all the EB2 first? I really don\'t know what they are doing??
to us, we have to wait..........a long waiting listtttttttt..
