Hi dear we are in the same situation.My RD July19 and ND Sep05 and waiting for FP as INS Server f***** our cases and could not get FP notices for us and we are the unlucky ones as our cases will be delayed.i spoke to IIO yesterday and she told me this.So lets hope that they rectify this problem soon and send us the FP notices(which she said will take 1-2 months).

when did u asked for reschud at INS??/

i found this problem in Jan\'02 and requested for reschud on jan\'02. Till now no FP ??? SO when did u requested for reschud ????

My RD is 07/19 and PD 09/05.
I have also not received FP. Spoke to IIO at VSC, who said they would send FP manually, if not received before File is opened.

AJAP what does means FP manually ???

Last week one of the IIO told me same thing but i didn\'t understand this mean ? Do they will send FP when they will open our file for approval or somthing else ???
 
Here is the explain

When VSC touch your case and find no FP was down, they will manully send FP request to the local INS office instead of using computer, but you case is still in the same position of the waiting queue, so may be some delay, but not a big delay. My RD is 07/17/2001, got FP on 03/01/2002, did FP on 03/26/2002. I think my case fit into this situation. I called VSC twice before I got FP notice, to me calling IIO is totally useless. So you can only wait and wait and wait, who knows what INS is doing.
 
I had the same problem

RD 7/19 ND 8/30 Called IIO at least 3 times
Got my FP notice on 26th Feb. FP done on 26th March. They had told me the same thing. If officer opens the file and see no FP available, they will send one. It\'s usually useless calling IIO.
 
But what will happen to my file which fallen into computer problem of INS ?

I requested to reschudle my FP in jan\'02 when i found that they didn\'t send notic becase of there mistake. But till now now fp ??? Now they say "Fp manually" means what ??? R they keeping my request in comuter so it will print its FP by itself ??? or they will wait till someone opens that file for AD and then send FP ???? Usually how long it takes when someone open that file and request for FP manualluy ???? Please help ?? I am waiting from 8 months ???

Cant help buddy.All we have to do is wait.I have been waiting now for 8 months too.We are the unlucky guys you know.Even IIO told me that we are unlucky guys.So lets remain together and this way we will be able to console ourselves....we are not alone...
