Hi ,
  I was denied asylum in 98 , Immigration judge did not believe me ,hi stated that I am here because of economic situation.my new lawer appeled right after 14 day\'s.In 99 USA bombed my olld country, to save and help people like me ,wich I believe now INS got big prof.I am still waiting . I wanted to change my lust name becouse is to long and difficult to spell and pronounce..what you think about all this ?? and can I change my lust name??
     I appriciate your answer ,it\'s mean a lot to me ...

I assume that you are from Yugoslavia.

Given the apparent change in country conditions there, I am sorry to say that it is almost impossible revive your application unless you have an unusually compelling story. You need a very very good asylum attorney to go over your options.

well so you think appeal,and if comes negativdo you think I will have some chances?? I am still waiting ....
I am allban from Kosova my house was brned down , nothing left ther I was lucky, I left ??/if I was deported ,I would be ..... and about last name ,you think I can change???
