Hi, has anyone recently flied from the US to Toronto to request a new TN?

I possibly will change my employer this month and need a new TN.

I have the following questions:

1. I applied TN previously in Pearson Airport. I want to know whether there are any changes of the process, such as quarantine requirements?
2. Does the board office currently process all requests, or only those that belong to "essential business" or "essential industries" under COVIC-19?
