Since September the phone system says "status for this receipt cannot be found " so i opened an inquiry (though i knew the answer before hand) and as expected i got a mail saying waiting for visa availability .
I still dont know why the phone system says status for this receipt cannot be found though the online system shows that the LUD was last updated on Aug 19,2006 .
A lot depends on Congress election in Nov . If democrats gets the majority then there is a chance that comprehensive immigration bill , which was passed by senate might be passed by congress too , if republican gets the majority then it will be a long wait .
