My details are as follows : EB2 RIR India.
PD 10/01/98
RD 01/10/00
ND 01/25/00
FP 03/12/01
Received RFE asking employment letter on May 15th. Replied on May 18th.
No other complications. Never changed job,never travelled outside.

Today the AVM message says :\'Received your reply on 22nd May. It is taking between 360 to 540 days for this kind of case, but since the preliminary work was complete before we mailed you the request, your case is taking zero days to decide. You will receive a written reply\'.

What does this message mean ?

Please reply. I am worried.

I am also hearing the same message in the AVM. No complications in my case.

I-485 ND : 28 Feb 2000
FP - 6th April 2001
RFE - sent : 24th April 2001
RFE - replied : 9th May, 2001
RFE - AVM changes to above message on 17th May 2001.

May be i am on hold because of my PD is not current.

Any thoughts on this?

   I have same situation.But this is third time.All the time,AVM changed to 180 days back next morning, I think computer is down. My REF was received on May 2nd and still waiting.

This message is heard by many and either the case is approved in a short time or it is scheduled for an interview(which means more waiting). Good luck!!!
