follow this link....it seems that the first true July case has been assigned to an officer for adjudication.......this guy\'s AVM changed to case not found....this could be a good omen for all july sufferers....

what should i ask with IIO about my case jul 23 RD

I\'ve filed my 485 in jul 23
my RD 24th jul 2001
ND 13 sep 2001
fig 10th dec 2001
FP recieved 19th dec 2001

what should i ask to IIO about my case,whenever I check AVM,I get
your figure printing has been received on dec 19th and case is pending for review.
what does this mean,
July one approval has already come on feb 12th.
please let me know
 
relax...I don\'t think that july approval was true.......

keep a check on your AVM and keep track of the postings here.....based on that you can figure out when to expect approval of your case......

most probably july approval postings should start anytime now....maybe starting next week......

It is any time now.... 485ND0921, whatever u mentioned, it could be something than total NOTHING....Thats all I can say and thas all the JULY filers want to hear....SOMETHING better than Nothing.....what do say....I guess, JULY cases are being picked up now and being processed....next comes the first approval....may be next week....

The July approval in Feb 2002 which he is mentioning is true. Apart from that, I have seen two more July approvals in Feb like g_17(with two different RDs\' and telling that he got approval, he disappeared) and somebody posted a vague information about his/her friend with RD in July.
So who knows, anything may happen at VSC. Everyone is trying to track the way of approval. But when we compare the approvals, the most evident is that, March,April,May,Jun are still getting approved from Feb 2002 to till date. So better wait and see. Good luck to you all.
