Thank You all for all your support and wishes. This indeed was a great journey with full of surprises and a great learning lesson. Though I am very glad about the approval, it doesn't make much difference as I am still going to continue my job with my current employer, as I am quite happy with him.

Aprt from that, never stop fighting for your rights and win it, Keep proper documentation and at some point, if you need to take the WOM route it might help you.
