I guess the feeling is relief more than any thing else. My case as well as my wife\'s case have been approved today 10/09/01. Here are the details

Got rejected by Maryland State
2nd Labor 11/09/99.
So the PD became 11/09/99.
I-140 ND 04/20/00.
I-140 AD 08/01/00. BTW here is the solace for the people who got their 140 approved for CP. Mine was approved for CP and we opted for AOS instead. Did nothing about that. Never called NVC.
But had to wait until Dec 1st for my date to become current. I missed the boat by 9 days in September of 2000.
I-485 RD 12/01/00
I-485 ND 12/15/00
EAC 01-059-XXXXX
FP 04/11/01.
Called IIO once about two weeks ago to see if every thing was OK with our FP. Was told by IIO they were still processing NOV 15th cases.
AD 10/09/01.
Called the AVM today and found out that the case was approved and then confirmed with IIO a little while after.
The whole process was relatively smooth and painless for the most part. Had been the passive surfer for the last couple of years. This has been a great forum. Thank you all every body. Especially we should be thankful to Mr Rajiv Khanna.
