Just heard AVM and also talked to IIO after that to verify the approval. Here are my quick summary of may case:
EB1
PD: Last week of July, 2000 (I-140 application submission)
I-140 approved in Mid. Dec. 2000.
I - 485: RD:12/28/00,ND:1/5/01,FP:5/9/01,EAC-01-073-XXXXX.
REF issued: 9/27/01, REF Replied on 10/30/01,
REF received at VSC on 11/2/01, AVM updated for REF response received on 6/11/01. Just heard magic words that my case has been approved on 11/08/01.
REF Details:
1) Submit evidence you are still engaged in the occupation on which your National Interest Waiver is based.
2) Birth certificate:
I would like to thank "Anastomosis" and "dasse" for their suggestion for replying the REF.
