Here is info on USCIS security and name check process

Are they following this for everyone? I dont think so..

as I know many people got there GC less than year.. and I am waiting for 2.5 yrs..

does it take 2.5 yrs to get checked for everything.. ??

This is BS.. that;s it..

Bottom Line is Horrible Process and Procedures of USCIS.

No one really cares about this now
take my case, i applied 485 2nd time in July 2006, they have to initiate my namecheck in july 06 but instead they initiated in Feb 07
what a mess
no one really cares
when i tried to explain my situation, they wont understand first my situation at all, all they informed me that they can initiate anytime and there is no limit
this is bs
