Atually I had a glance at the petition, it didnt mention anything about NSC.
It looked generic to me, I am not sure if I am missing something other than
the title. I raised it any way as comment. More people should raise it if it is
the concern.

This petition specifically states in title that it is only for NSC though the contents are generic. I think we should ask Mr. Rajiv to change the title so hat we can persuade other people to sign the petition. I had sent the petition for I-140 backlog in CSC to monica@immgiration.com but I received no response.

I will also try sending a mail to monica and Rajiv requesting same but after
monday as they will be busy with Fujie Ohata deposition.
