Of course, I could not prepare for the interview without asking some questions :p
I will need a co sponsor. I have one. Now, should the co sponsor fill out I-864A AND I-864 ? Or just I-864A plus the copies of the 3 years of tax ?? .
Regarding the proof of bank account, bills on both names etc, how many months of all those documents do I need to provide ? Just the month for which I go to the interview or should I provide 2-3 months of bills ?

Thanks for any input ! :)

3 months should be good but if you have those documents since you're together that would be better. The rule of thumb with immigration is the more documents you bring won't hurt you.

I had to take a big box contains our documents and pictures, turned out they didn't even asked for anything.

I am not sure about the co-sponsor. Anybody????

Re: co-sponsor

You'll need the following:

1. I-864 filled out by the co-sponsor and notirized
2. his/her 3 year tax returns ( or better transcripts )
3. recent paystub, or a letter from work verifying employment
4. copy of a document stating his/her status ( green card, passport )

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON I-864 FORM - THEY WILL GIVE YOU ALL WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SPONSOR AND CO-SPONSOR

Re: how much of everything you need

I think the more the better. It won't hurt to take extra.

I got rid of bills from 2003 and before. I am gonna take the more I can. I think I got from 2004 and 2005.

just another idea...

If you don't keep all the bills what you can do ( if you want ) is to call the company and ask a service representative to send you a letter stating how long you and your spouse have been thier customers. They have all your information on file. You can explain them that this is for your immigration interview purpose, and it shouldn't be a problem.
