I recently sponsored my family consisting of my p's and my younger sister. Its been one year since I have filed my papers. I guess it takes abt 3 years or more for immigration to take place rt ??
Well my sister is engineer ( from India) and she is thinking of applying for her master's to canada. Now what are her chances of getting student visa as I guess she will be considered possible immigrant given my filing of papers??
Secondly if she does get her student visa ...will she be yet considered dependent child?? ( considering I and my p's sponsor her financely and she's full time student in canada itself)
It will prolly take some time before my family will be able to come here ........but really wudn't want my sis's career to go bad becos of these papers. any suggestions??
