Helpful Congressman/woman in Bay Area?

I have applied for my AP at VSC on Nov 3, 2003, but recently moved to Bay Area, CA. Is there some helpful congressman/woman whom I can contact regarding AP.

better send another application to CSC, they are approving AP/EAD within 4-5 weeks.

Considering that, there is less than a month b4e I need it, I am concerned sending in another application might cause confusion and could potentially result in a RFE saying that another application is pending.
